Steven Lander

Steven Lander is a co-founder of the firm. Mr. Lander primarily represents seriously injured persons injured due to the negligence of others. He is a highly regarded litigator who also aggressively represents insureds whose carrier has wrongfully denied a claim. After eleven years of practice, he has been lead counsel in over 8,000 cases, giving him significant trial experience from the claims process through verdict.

Mr. Lander earned his Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from Stony Brook University in New York. He received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School in 1995. While attending Nova Law School Mr. Lander represented Nova Law School in State Moot Court competitions and State Trial advocacy competitions. 

Mr. Lander is a member of the Florida Bar, Federal Bar, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Steven Lander lives in Plantation, Florida, with his wife Randi and their two children.

Abdul-Sumi Dalal

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Mr. Dalal attended Florida International University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Finance. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies and prior to attending law school, Mr. Dalal worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in Coral Gables, Florida.

While attending law school, Mr. Dalal was the Associate Managing Editor of the Nova Journal of International & Comparative Law and was also the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Abdul-Sumi attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center and graduated with his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude. Excelling in Trial Advocacy while attending law school and in practice, Mr. Dalal has developed a passion for the court room and centers his work in anticipation of proceeding to trial. 

As a member of Steven Lander and Associates, P.L., a team of trial lawyers, Mr. Dalal primarily focuses his practice in the areas of first and third party insurance litigation of insureds whose carrier has wrongfully denied a claim, wrongful death actions, and personal injury claims involving catastrophic injuries.

Chris Tadros

Chris Tadros has been in general practice representing injured plaintiffs in negligence cases since he graduated law school in 2000. Mr. Tadros has represented plaintiffs injured in auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, assaults and slip and falls. Prior to practicing law Mr. Tadros worked as a legal assistant and legal intern in a law firms focused on civil litigation since 1995.

Mr. Tadros graduated with Honors with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he doubled majored in Political Science and Psychology. Mr. Tadros received his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2000. While in law school, Mr. Tadros represented indigent criminal defendants in court charged with misdemeanors from initial arraignment through final disposition after trial. 

Mr. Tadros is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Rhode Island and the District Court, District of Massachusetts.
